I love the premise here-“cleanish” food. So you know how bad a man’s diet can be, it’s so hopeless you’re not even trying to make it great, just kind of good. LMAO! I enjoy cooking, I love to eat, I eat relatively healthy. I do like to cheat, maybe to often. The Dude Diet is a great way to cheat but not really. From chef and creator of the popular food blog, you get125 incredibly delicious yet healthy recipes for dudes. No longer are healthy and delicious incompatible. Nutrition basics in a language even a Neanderthal can understand, that’s not really fair, but whatever. While I’m not sure I agree with the stereotypes and conclusions the author jumps to. There are quite a few great recipes and the book is full of useful knowledge. So, enjoy the recipes and changes your new found knowledge will bring to your diet.
